My name is Olva Khoury. I was born in Syria. I got married to my husband, Jamal Khoury in 1994, and came with him to California about 31 years ago. Soon after, we joined Saint George Antiochian Church. We had four beautiful kids, Alexandra, Katherine, Jamil, and Natalie. We had them baptized in the church and joined the kids ministry till they left for college. I’ve been involved with the ladies ministry for over ten years, but was given the privilege to be elected to the parish counsel committee in 2024. I look forward to this great opportunity and I am honored to serve our ever-growing church and community.
